Xanthan Gum

Application
Xanthan gum also known as Xanthan is a water-soluble polysaccharide gum that is used widely because of its thickening and stabilizing feature and is also a viscosity, moisturizing agent which develops the texture of your product. Xanthan gum has high stability in acidic and alkaline solutions, dissolves easily in hot and cold water and creates a consistent thickness through your product. This gum provides the food products and beverages with a uniform texture. Moreover, it enhances the thickness in them. It also prevents the fat particles separation through stabilizing emulsion in sauces and seasoning. 

Application

• Jams
An excellent multipurpose stabilizer which has a unique ability in holding small particles of the product together as well as thickening your jams. 
• Bread and Pastry
Our Xanthan gum has the function of enhancing water retention during baking and therefore extending shelf life and storage time of bakery products and frozen dough. This gum acts as a viscosity builder in gluten free products in bakery industry. It adds stability to your products and improves their texture and structure at the same time.   
• Cake
Our Xanthan gum traps the air bubbles in cake batter and provides both an increase in volume and moisture retention. 
• Ice Cream
Many ice cream manufacturers add our xanthan gum to their products since they know that under constantly freezing-thawing circumstances, it is able to provide desired stability and enhance water retention capacity in order to decrease the amount of freezing crystals which itself is the key to a rich, creamy and smooth ice cream. • Toothpaste
By adding only a small amount of this xanthan gum, you can witness a big increase in the viscosity of your product. Our Xanthan gum can be used as a binder and stabilizer in toothpaste. It makes the solid particles rightly suspended and stabilized in the liquid phase in order to prevent the separation of the liquid out of the toothpaste.
